Good products, attend great trade shows.

Cons

Management is a joke. All that goes on in that company is everyone trying to blame everyone else for work that hasn't been done. Pay is horrible unless you are from Marion County.

Coworkers were the only reason to stay

Cons

Absolutely abhorrent pay for the experience required. Yearly cost of living pay raise is always less than inflation increases. Upper management is completely useless and mostly there to oversee with no reliability for help. HR is useless when it comes to reporting issues and fixing things. Lab equipment is often faulty and out of date, often breaking down.

Job Security, Easily secured "First Job"

Cons

Pay is terrible, and the company continues to avoid addressing this issue, instead using dishonest tactics in a failing attempt to maintain employees. Turnover is so high on entry level positions that it puts a huge burden on employees that have been there for even a couple years. HR has been talking for years about a new salary structure coming "any day now", but have made zero progress and turnover is only getting worse.
