Pros

Belonging to a functional team is a must. Create your own team since the company, under old management was a patriarchal hodge podge.decdny pay and benefits for some. New CEO is starting to make welcome, needed changes.

Cons

Culture needs change, pay is low, some sections are sweatshops, some are golden children. Turnover is high.

Pros

You get a picnic once a year and a Halloween party.

Cons

You are severely underpaid as a "chemist." You are also overworked with no reward. As a minority, I dealt with microagressions daily. The environment at this place is subtly racist. People assume your dumb despite your education and experience. The laboratory equipment you use will also be outdated and faulty.
