We have a team of over 1500 creative, talented, hardworking individuals worldwide, and they are the reason we’ve achieved the success that we have. We often hear from people that their coworkers are their favorite part of the job, and we know that many lifelong friendships have been formed at Neogen desks, lab benches, manufacturing tables and more. We’re sorry if you were not satisfied with your salary. Coworkers collaborative and willing to help, it's a good place for experience building.

Cons

Achievements are often minimally recognized, depending on department. Upper management seems to ignore the fact that retaining good workers requires better compensation and advancement.
