You would not think that a company this size located in Tallassee, AL would be so good to work and start your career. There is a great mix of highly experienced engineers to early career engineers. If you want to learn there are people willing to teach you. They will pay for training if they cannot teach you. It felt so much as a family environment. Flexible work schedule and the opportunity to develop your career. Management is open to new things. Experience the entire life cycle of the product, from conception and design to production, sales and customer support. They even opened an office in Duluth, GA to offer the opportunity to work closer to a big city like Atlanta. If the future allows it I would definitely work at Neptune again. I would highly recommend working here as a young engineer.

I am extremely tired of people going online to bash a company that is great to work for. These people were probably employed for a day or two and simply had terrible work ethics. Kids now a days want everything handed to them on a silver platter. They think everyone should cater to their every need. They don't want to put in the work and just complain about things they have no idea about. Neptune is a great place to work. The benefits are amazing, you start with 3 weeks vacation, great pension plan, room to grow if you want to put in the work and show you are eager to learn ... should I go on?
