Opportunity to learn new technology if you are in an engineering discipline.

Cons

Was once a close knit and family oriented company. No longer. The company has purged so many talented people, and the work environment has become toxic for most salaried employees that remain. No one feels safe, everyone is overworked, there is intense frustration due to the loss of talent and associated knowledge, and management all the way up to the top does not care the least about employee morale.

- Close-knit family of employees - Competitive salary - The water industry is a different and new challenge for most people - Our facilities are great, safe, and offer plenty of room for collaboration - Plenty of room to grow career-wise

Cons

- Our headquarter's location is in a small, remote town - The benefits are average - There is very little onboarding for new employees - People who have worked with the company for decades seem to be the company's go-to knowledge base (rightfully so), but that knowledge is rarely documented for the rest of the company to learn
