The people and environment were great. If you're looking for a place that feels like anyone can belong then you'll be happy here. Also great training. The way management engages with the teams is great and you always feel like you have a voice within the company

Cons

I had a hard time with the pace of the environment because I felt like I wasn't getting enough stimulation but with that being said, if you're looking for basic administration work then this wouldn't be an issue for you. The benefits are great but the pay is definitely on the lower end.
