Lack of growth. Management played favorites. Alot of politics. Working hard doesn't necessarily help you move up. Very cliquey

They are willing to help you, just ask. We work in the public so we meet lots of interesting people. My skills grown quickly. Neptune provides all you need for the job.

Cons

They are not always well organized. The training is insufficient. There is a lack of communication between employer and employees.
