Flexible times to work Great people working there They will hire anyone

Cons

They will hire you and force you to go right after you get hurt at work Not a secure job Management is run by people with no experience. To move up you need to know someone inside If your a water meter installer the travel time between appointment are 4 to 6 km for 21$ in Mississauga Must use your vehicle your gas they do not pay The bones is 1 dollar for each appointment after you do 200 meter installs

The people are amazing to work with. Very friendly people.

Cons

Upper Management's personal relationships cloud their judgement. People are favored and in turn it's very hard to get a promotion based solely on your qualifications. If you're not liked you will not get a promotion. There are never internal postings. If you want another job within Neptune you would need to go to workoplis. So if you're not part of the clique there is no chance to move up.
