Pros

-Benefits -Good base salary -Room for Growth

Cons

-They believe this is your career, not just a transitional position. -The customers are very often difficult to deal with. -You feel stuck and depressed. -The upper management act like they are Gods, but they need a reality check because they work in retail.

Pros

The best feature of working in sales at Nespresso is eating at some of the best restaurants in town. You also have access to coffee products literally 24/7. The benefits are outstanding, salary is ok, and the commission plan makes are passable; unless you are the pet employee of a higher up.

Cons

Their support system consists of a customer service team that creates more issues than it solves, an equipment repair team that lacks any motivation and management that is more interested in protecting their own individual fiefdoms than working as a cohesive unit. Hence attempting to resolve a customer service becomes a lesson in futility. Be careful who you talk to, you never know who is intimate with who. I mean that literally.

Pros

IF YOU ARE A FRIENDS, RELATIVE OR A FAVORITE OF SENIOR MGMT YOU CAN LOG IN FROM HOME AND NEVER BE REQUIRED TO COME TO WORK. THERE ARE PEOPLE IN quality assurance mgmt that are not managers but have inflated titles and they never come to the office but still get a paycheck. senior manners expect employees to come to work but they do not expect their own staff to show their face at the office

Cons

excessive micromanagement and nepotism bigotry, no cultural diversity. the only good reviews on this site are posted by managers at nespresso who are doing damage control. human resources themselves support retaliation
