      Great machines and great coffee.

      Cons

      Very very very disorganized company to work for. Lack of direction and leadership top to bottom. You're initiative is not appreciated so don't waist it. You will never get promoted within here so whatever position you're in you will be there forever.

      Great machine product with superb coffee

      Poor management! The company is crumbling as they do not value their employees or promote from within. Management hires friends who are not efficient and incompetent. Support staff carries the passion of the company yet no recognition is given to them.
