Cons

Be very careful who you are dealing with. No one cares about your opinion—neither HR, nor your manager, nor even your manager’s manager. Your voice won’t matter, but your stress level will.

Nightmare of a Job

Pros

Being in a remote position. Free coffee and machine.

Cons

Constant micromanaging to the point of watching every key stroke and listening to every call. Making you constantly say you are sorry to customer. Training session for the position was chaotic with constant issues with materials and trainers. Not being told you would have to fix coffee machines through one way video video until halfway through training, never brought up when interviewed. Low pay for the amount of work. Not given opportunity to gain further knowledge of coffee industry even when when asked. Unfriendly management and bullying atmosphere.
