Pros

It's a very diverse workforce so you will get to meet interesting people. The work-life balance is pretty good with working hours from 8:30 to 5:30. Usually no task to do after work.

Cons

I felt like it was quite bureaucratic, there's some red tape limiting creativity. Growth within the company is difficult as they tend to relocate or transfer you between different business units without really getting promoted.

Pros

Not many boundaries in terms of job position . Possibility to explore different jobs with no specific background or knowledge

Cons

Really hard hour, chaotic , need to build yourself, no clear career path. Exchange between hq and working in a market do not happen often
