      Pros

      Every day is a new day at Nespresso. Some very interesting projects in the digital space.

      Cons

      Too much politics gets in the way of your day to day work. Team work difficult too achieve. No sense of meritocracy with promotions given with without merit. HR is not very effective and without sense of purpose. Some managers play political games to advance their personal agendas costing the company time and money.

      Pros

      Great working environment, management is very helpful and supportive and the energy on the floor is great. Large team numbers so get to know a lot of people from different parts of the world and on different walks of life.

      Cons

      Very strict on grooming and appearance. Must always be 100% in etiquette and be on the ball. Customer service is a must!

      Free coffee. Nice view of Manhattan. Easy commute from where I was living. Funny coworkers.

      Cons

      Very corporate. You can be dropped immediately. Tough customers. Very boring work. A lot of data-entry. No room for advancement.
