      Great benefits/employee discounts, competitive salary, unique challenges

      Cons

      Senior management teams are not qualified. I am a leader, not a complainer-what is going on in the corporate setting is unprofessional on so many levels. I would not take back working here. I am only stronger in my career, as I am now better prepared when dealing with arrogance.

      Pros

      Nespresso offers the best working environment to their employees and there are many good and smart colleagues. Salary is also good to satisfy its employees.

      Cons

      Sometime leaders make last minute decision and it make business somehow getting worse. But I believe that Nespresso is sound business.

      Benefits, some travel opportunity, and decent pay

      Cons

      Management staff and HR are completely unprofessional. Don't bother expressing your concerns to them because they will end up using your complaints against you rather than being proactive to fix the issue/issues. Please don't exclude DM's from this either. Imementing the DM's that the company has now was a waste of time when all they do is socialize with their store managers. Let's not forget the immature underdeveloped, and unqualified boutique specialists that they hire as well. Aweful!
