      you get free coffee caps every month and managers are very helpful

      The salary is average and it takes years to get a higher position

      *Paid weekly since I was working through a temp agency, Adecco.

      Cons

      *Nespresso fired all the black employees, but kept (and promoted) the white and Asian employees. *Management would lounge in the back office for majority of the shift. And, they were pretty rude to fellow employees. *No recognition for work done.
