Pros
Will get ample opportunity to grow and learn. Management is good and supportive. There is flexibility in work environment, no such fix office timing like you need to work for some specific hours. I would say one of best medium size company to work for.
Cons
As it is a medium size company, switching the office from one place to other will be hard. Management is supportive but many of the times they are looking for years of experience instead of work skills or contribution of employees.
