Pros
Been there for 11 years, so had a free hand in many areas of decision making and had cross functional knowledge, which was helpful for getting projects done with the help of other functions.
Cons
No clarity on the organizational future growth path and often changes are ad-hoc and mostly people/HQ driven rather than a process based culture. A global organization with non-global thought process and processes. Even the processes, policies and sometimes values are driven by customer, which is the lowest of compromises that an organization could make to survive.
