-Management is clueless
-Delivery teams are incompetent
-Salaries are just insulting and they do not provide raises no matter how long you've been there
-HUGE turnover rate. People get hired and then they quit, or the company gets rid of them
-They had a few solutions architects which they got rid of and now there is just ONE Solutions architect and he is literally is in charge of the entire US practice for solutions and there fore is over worked and extremely underpaid.
-Human Resources is an absolute joke!
-They do not pay on time and when you bring it up there is retaliation
-They do not have a proper pool of resources. They make promises to clients but cannot come up with decent resources to map to an SOW. Most of their resources are off shore and cannot speak english properly and do not know the meaning of a deadline. It is embarrassing especially when the client looks at you and asks you what is going on.
-ZERO professionalism from upper management all the way down to the lower level positions.
-If your title is an analyst, they treat you like utter garbage and dismiss any idea or solution you may have.
-Horrible Horrible place. If you come across this company or if they contact you a position...Run far far away and run fast!
