Pros

Working at Ness Digital Engineering India for over a year has been a fulfilling experience. The atmosphere is supportive, and there's a strong sense of camaraderie among colleagues. The HR team has been supportive throughout my journey. Now, I've been offered an onsite opportunity within a year. The work-life balance is good and supportive of managers and management. Work-from-home options are available throughout the year.
