Cons

Flexibility on selection on Banking partners for Salary credits could be Improved. Currently Employees don’t have flexibility to select banking partner. A little much costlier Parental Insurance is one that makes Burden; However, I see a lot companies doesn’t even come forward to offer Parental Insurance. Heard from leadership that there are efforts being made to bring these costs down.
