      Joined as QA and Ness gave me career growth opportunities. People are cooperative, and managers are technically sound coming from larger organisation and sharing the technical guidance. Work culture is Friendly, and Motivating, opportunity to explore more verticals. Compensation / Salary - Good, in competition with the market. Special focus is on upskilling and skill development of employee plus many employee benefits are also given.
