Pros

As a junior, I was given time to study on my own at the beginning of my employement with good resources of online and internal trainings. I worked on a project and pretty soon was also tasked with organizing trainings and working on some small internal projects. My supervisor recognized my extra efforts and appreciated them (verbally). Great flexibility of working hours and hybrid office. I really felt that my team cared if I suceed.

Cons

There is a disparity between the the praise you get for your work and the financial reward. I would say that with the turbulent development of IT salaries, this company has stayed behid from where the market moved to.

Pros

Ness is a rapidly growing organization with ample opportunities for personal and professional growth. 1. Compensation : The compensation given to a suitable candidate is very good and always is greater or matching with the current market trends depending on the candidates skill-set. 2. Environment : I joined ness during the pandemic and hence couldn't visit office a lot. But nonetheless every team member is virtually connected and share a good bond. The upper management is also very friendly and approachable. 3. Work life balance : Ness is my third company and the work life balance has been by far the best here. The projects are great and the team shares responsibilities equally giving us a good balance for both personal and professional commitments. 4. Work Stability : Ness has been consistent in upskilling their employees so as to create a better and skilled labor force. The salaries and other benefits are received on time without any delay. They also encourage employees to get the latest certifications done and the certification amount is reimbursed.

Cons

Notice Period : Ness has a 90days notice period policy just like most of the major IT companies. Although it is a standard practice, I do find it a bit unfair.
