      Losing Relevance in the Market

      Pros

      Flexible work environment, global experience, a handful of really talented and passionate individuals

      Cons

      Management at every level. The board made a number of awful choices, as did each business unit management team. The company is falling apart because of these choices and the result is the valuation of the business units. The investors are selling chunks of the business off for a fraction of what they were worth just a few short years ago.

      Pros

      Small place where you can be creative, garage mode. Great business model and very energetic sales force. Customers appreciate the team and collaboration between sales and delivery is very good.

      Cons

      Weak immature management, leads to politics. No impetus towards putting a proper organization structure. Strengths across the globe are leveraged - every unit works in a very independent manner. CEO is unable to make major changes. Growth is limited, there is no budget to train employees - you have to train yourself. No long term strategy, decisions are taken to tide over month over month. there is not many people added, existing workforce is stressed.
