Absolutely no job security – Once client billing ends, they don’t try to retain or transition you internally. You are out, no matter how long you've been with them. Internal transition is a joke – They’ll say they are looking for opportunities, but there’s no real intent or effort. It's just lip service. Poor leadership and execution – Managers make promises they never deliver. Communication is vague and misleading. No support for employees – HR and management vanish the moment you're on bench. Toxic environment – You are valued only until you're billable. Once that's gone, you're treated like a liability. Career growth is stagnant – No structured learning, no growth roadmap, and no performance feedback unless the client demands it. Avoid this company if you care about stability, growth, and respectful treatment. One of the worst experiences – I strongly advise others not to join.
