      Can't this of any actually.

      1. It's simple here, they don't care about the clients OR employees. 2. Any suggestions to improve efficiency/quality of code is NEVER taken seriously. 3. The quality of developers is beyond terrible! 4. They only work on profit margin & head count. True head hunter this! 5. Their mantra is have one or two exceptional devs on a team of say 15 people. The good developers are burdened with team's inefficiency. Billing is not impacted coz you are billing for the whole team of performers + duds. 6. I would say its a fraud company

      Nothing much to share. Benefits are OK.

      Cons

      We should come on time at 6:30PM IST and leave at 6:30AM IST. Should work as slaves. Even to draft an email we have to send it to the manager first and he will decide whether to send or not. Have to work as slave under offshore manager. If you complaint to the management you will be FIRED without any notice. Racism at it's best, only the candidates bow to the manager will survive. The manager doesn't come on time and expects us to be on time and leave after he leaves. About Friday food, we have to order what the manager likes and collects money for food despite the company pays for it.
