1.work life balance better than Big IT giants , honestly after joining you will find yourself in heaven 2.seniors are like family if you stuck anywhere they will do code for you 3.most important salary offering is up to market standard

1.if your main concern is learning then this company is not for you 2.most of projects old so no challenging work remained even two years developer who coming from startup company can do these task
