      Pros

      Gain experience, some benefits as discounted movie tickets etc. Good people overall, claim to reward good employees.

      Cons

      No payment what so ever on food nor parking. Don't pay extra for night shift. Disrespectful, taking advantage over young unexperienced people. Management won't respond to employees requests. Rewards come as practical courses which is good but they won't take you for a job to use your new skill.

      Senior management team were mainly focused on the harvesting existing accounts rather thant grow value and invest in existing people.

      Pros

      In Ness work life is as similar as work is getting done in government offices. You have to much spare time. It act as slow poison.

      Cons

      Notice period is the issue. They hire people having notice period of 15 days only & its employees has to serve 3 months of notice. They do not provide bye out facility
