      2 years back it was good.

      Cons

      Ness is not doing good past couple of years, managers doing lot of politics. i have completed 5 years in Ness. After my restitution they asked me to stay back. i couldn't agreed for that they sent my wife out of NESS ( she joined as fresher ). HR people are not bothering about any compliments given by employee. no value for employees and lot of HR policies got changed.

      Pros

      Depends on the EDC you are working. You will exposed to client . Good agile practices and internal process. Good to work for short term. Work and personal life can be managed well.

      Cons

      Salary increments and zero bench policy.
