      Pros

      The learning scope is good for freshers, pay is at par with other IT firms, you get to work in an cozy environment with limited work pressure

      Cons

      Once the learning phase is completed, i.e initial few months you do the repetitive task, you cant switch the team and work at your full potentials, people may join later and get good opportunity, new candidates are preferred than the existing candidates able to do the same task.
