good company, work/personal life balance, good facilities provided, HR listens to employee concerns and work on resolving them, they have certain good projects, Team works hard to survive in this competitive world, unique business model of build operate and transfer.
Cons
used to be more fun during early days, overall salary structure and appraisals have reduced, need to be more aggressive in this time else they r loosing out on key projects.
