Cons

1. Worst in politics. 2. Lobby culture. People will try to revenge in groups. Can go to any extent. No ethical boundaries. 3. Unstable for sometime. Firings and restructuring. 4. Management in non Data Ontap departments is very immature and incapable. 5. Polishing is open and seems defacto expectation within all levels of management. 4.

office culture is good,open culture,every employee from CEO to MTS1 sit in cubicles. no cabins for anyone- open policy, work life balance is generally good, company values are good

Cons

salary, perks are less compared to many other companies, promotions are slow,hike is also less, leave policy is not good
