Pros

The company doesn't just say they care about you, they make sure to show it in many ways. Competitive wages. Very happy here.

Cons

Advancement opportunities are less common due to seemingly low attrition.

Pros

Pay and training were good. The training needs to be better now. Employees should not have to be in the same position for 9'years and should be worked with by their managers to be promoted to other positions.

Cons

High stress environment. Managers are clueless. It's getting better but there is a long way to go. There seems to be a lot of employees that are dead weight or that are not looked at that should be. The environment needs to be more positive like it was 7 years ago.
