Pros

Company culture is great, they're always striving to make sure everyone gets compensated fairly and make sure the environments and team dynamics promote positive morale and strong productivity.

Cons

There aren't a whole lot of cons that come to mind, the company is great. Only thing that I can think of is they're a tech company, so they're grappling with the same problems as other tech companies e.g. work from home/office dynamics and occasionally large rounds of layoffs.
