Pros

This is a big company, just like any other big companies. I don't see big difference from my last employer. I think any company, once its size reaches certain threshold, they all become alike.

Cons

Many things come to my mind, but I don't think it appropriate to write them in a public site. Sorry that I cannot provide more info.

Pros

This is simply a great place to work. You are in control of what you want to do. The ROI of your time and hard work is quite honestly immeasurable

Cons

Growing so fast makes you reactive instead of proactive, and eventually those pains can sometimes last longer than you want.

NetApp is a growing company with a good culture and fun work environment.

Cons

Technical support is a mill at NetApp. They're always too slow to react to new challenges or to get people trained in the right areas. Always behind on CSAT. Never staffed correctly based on what specialties are needed.
