Pros

Lean organization where you can see the impact of your contributions. Many people have been with the company a long time - including much of the management team. Most of these managers started as individual contributors and now lead teams. They show great respect for the individual contributor and provide paths to improve and even pivot with your career.

Cons

Lean organization means that you will work hard and sometimes on seemingly intractable problems. The day to day challenges can seem endless. You really need to step away sometimes to see the progress you are making.

NetBase Quid has made an incredibly strong commitment to building the people side of the business to improve and build upon our unique virtual culture. Theyve hired a new people team- There are clear, progressive HR initiatives being put in place to tackle some of the past concerns & we are really excited- There is a general attitude of positivity and collaboration across the company & employees are genuinely passionate about our innovative product & growing in the Saas space. I also really value the fact that the company truly holds a commitment to virtual work.

Cons

There are certain exciting improvements being made that may take affect in 2023 rather than within this calendar year due to timelines.

- Culture and Benefits are Fantastic (Especially for a remote environment) - Diversity and Inclusion - Product Management Team is always innovating and fantastic - Services Offerings are great and keep everyone on our toes - CX and support teams are truly customer focused and advocates of customer needs - New COO and other mgmt hires are golden. I have strong confidence that they'll help accelerate us to becoming a destination employer.

Cons

- It feels like our products have existing untapped potential that we're leaving behind to chase new markets - We need more professional development about how our customers are actually using the tool
