Pros

The product is good but expensive and innovation has been slow for a long time. Management requires employees to periodically write reviews. Look at all the glowing reviews posted May 8 - 10, 2019.

Cons

Shady business practices. Senior management that is out of touch. VPs and above are mostly older white folks. Spent a lot of VC money and it feels financially unstable. Been trying to sell itself for years. Real talent not sticking around as this pony is running out of tricks.

Pros

NetBase created a company value system that balances multiple factors that are optimal for employees, customers and investors. The company values results highly along with other important things such as respect among employees, particularly across teams. The culture is positive and strong, and very much helped the company become a marker leader.

Cons

The company values are applied to individuals. If you don't fit, you will be told so and possibly terminated. The negative reviews here are obviously written by people who are grinding their ax due to being terminated or given poor performance reviews.

Pros

The flextime and remote working policy in the company allow me to spend more time with my family. The 20-80 principle let me do my own side projects in my work hours. Able to decide what to do in happy hours, like watching movies, eating in restaurant, playing room escape, etc.

Cons

Lots of legacy code in the code base.
