Pros

$40 mil in PE funding. Solid product; one that every mid to larger size company will want for their IT Department. Benefits have changed 4 times since I have been here. All for the better. The company is no longer a small company, but one growing to mid size and eventually going IPO. Lots of changes, process improvements, recent move to a new facility, new management,etc. All for the good. People are great, multicultural. Respectful.

Cons

With all of the changes, comes changes. Still a small company that is showing the growing pains. Suggestions are always welcomed.

Pros

The pro are limited to lunch and 401K match. Outside of that they don’t have club and don’t reward hard work with SPIFF’S or bonus or raises

Cons

Problem is the constant change. Once again they have a new CRO. The turnover here is kinda crazy since NetrBrain has been around for almost 20 years but still acts as a brand new startup. The growth is stagnant or a Zombie company. The product is great but the problem is more and more companies look into the code and see tons of Chinese code and that becomes a major problem. I would also say the company favors people way to much and never reward people who make something from nothing. I think the best move would be to sell company to the right person. One good thing is you will learn to cold call a ton here. Stil have less than 3K customers in a market that has billions

Terribly managed, devoid of repeatable processes, fly by seat of pants approach to running business.

I would also contend that we have a lot of great people, but we still appreciate your acknowledgement that there are "some good" ones :-) We're committed to our goal of company growth, and we've stood by that goal as we haven't laid any employees off due to Covid. Our senior leadership team has made their decisions in 2020 (and before) with lots of thought and consideration of our company goals. We believe we're in a prime position with the right people to make our future a bright and prosperous one.
