Cons

If your'e looking to find a job where 80% of their sales force hits there quota and 20% don't, rather than the other way around, then look elsewhere. Additionally, their compensation plan is below industry average.

NetBrain has the most powerful product and technology in field of Network Automation. Employee can learn cutting edge technologies here. The company is focused on providing the best customer service and keeping good relationship with customers. The company is very organized and mature. They have great working environment, great culture and great people. I enjoyed every minute working for NetBrain!

The overall working environment here is pretty good and your coworkers are all willing to help if you ask for..

Cons

well fast growth may cause some management difficulties but I think it will be better after few months or 1 year.
