The office better be clean since it's not really gotten any use in 12 months! : ) While it's great to hear your positive feedback, we recognize the importance of professional development and we always want to encourage our employees to pursue opportunities to grow within the company. If there is ever a job posting that interests you and you're not comfortable bringing it directly to your manager, you can always talk to the Talent Acquisition team about best steps towards putting your name in the mix. So far, so good. I haven’t been with the company for too long, but I already feel right at home. Everyone is wonderful. Very talented and skilled, and I’m still amazed at how well the team works together even when we’re all entirely remote.

Cons

It’s been hard working from home during COVID. It’s much more difficult to get that sense of comradery with other employees.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with NetBrain so far. I don't know specifically who you are, but I know the kinds of people we've added to the sales team in the past year and can confidently say that whichever of them you are, we're lucky to have you! We've got awesome sales leadership and we're excited for 2021 and beyond to be truly great. Covid has certainly been challenging for people on a number of levels. There are the obvious business challenges, but it's important to feel connected and to have people you can lean on. I'd recommend suggesting a virtual happy hour or some kind of event with your team. If you're uncomfortable doing it yourself, I would suggest bringing the idea to your direct manager. We have important jobs to do, but it's important to also take time to enjoy what we're doing! Luckily, vaccines are going out rapidly and we hope to be back in the office this summer. I'm sure the ping pong tables at network drive will be buzzing soon!
