Unique product that all but sells itself

Pros

The work is a breeze, especially if you’re in sales. We don’t have any real competition because the product is so unique, so the sales practically make themselves. It’s amazing and incredibly lucrative.

Cons

The benefits could be better, but as far as I’m concerned the pay more than makes up for it.

Our product is unlike anything else in the market, you’re absolutely right about that, and it sure helps to have a truly great product, but I don’t know if you’re giving enough credit to our talented and hard working salespeople and pre-sales engineers! It’s certainly easier to sell a great product than a bad one, and we know that NetBrain is both the present and the future of networking, but it still takes intelligence, drive and strategy to sell and to close business. Our people embody those things, and we’re excited about what is to come. Thanks again for taking the time and for your advice. What we do is highly complex, so that differentiation is a “must” for us.

The NetBrain staff are amazing. There’s no other way to describe it. Through COVID, civil unrest, controversial elections, so on and so forth the NetBrain staff have toughed it out and kept the cogs of the machine turning. Morale has definitely been better, but I’m happy that we’re all still employed and that the company still has a bright future ahead.

As mentioned, morale has definitely been better.

Communication from leadership to employees is always important, but with everything going on in the world in 2020, that importance is heightened even more and we realize that. Thank you for recognizing the work that the staff has done. We really are fortunate to have awesome people. Morale is obviously important. We've made it a point to recognize hard work and encourage teams to get together remotely while we can't be together physically, but we understand that we can always try and do a little bit more. If you have specific ideas, please share them! The HR team is always trying to make sure that our people have everything they need. If you have ideas on what we can do to make sure morale is high we're very receptive. Drop anybody in the HR team an email or give a call.
