Pros

I had a good run at NetBrain Tech. I enjoyed working with my colleagues. Got an incredible amount of experience. Left on good terms with just about everybody. And I don’t regret a single minute of the time I spent here.

Cons

The only con for me was how difficult it seemed like it would be to work my way up. I want a place where I can grow a lot in a short amount of time.

Covid-19 has certainly brought some "weirdness" (to use your word) to the corporate world over the past 14 months or so and we're fortunate that our people have navigated these challenges so well, but we understand that the challenges still exist, and it's okay to not be okay. Please make sure to make time in the day for yourself, whether it be to go for a walk or read a chapter from your favorite book. It's important to separate and detach at times. Hopefully those fantastic coworkers can also be a strong support system and an ear if you need to vent about whatever you're going through. It shouldn't always be about work! Great technology and a fast paced environment

Pros

Good technology in a fast growing area. NetBrain is the leader in network automation, an area which is only going to grow. Lots of opportunities to 'make your mark' and make a difference in the company. You are not bound by your role and there are always lots of opportunities to do something different which will make an impact. NetBrain is a relatively small company so you are not a little cog in a big wheel and if you do well then it gets noticed. The small size of the company gives it a 'family' feel. NetBrain really looked after its staff during the recent pandemic in lots of ways.

Cons

The company is trying hard to grow from its roots in the US into Europe and is experiencing 'growing pains' as a result. Not all of these are necessarily bad but it means that things are changing quickly with new policies being frequently implemented so you need to work hard to keep up. You cannot hide behind procedures here, you need to think on your feet and pull your weight.
