Thanks for taking your time to share your feelings on NetBrain. All feedback is useful to us, no matter how brief! I couldn't agree more that the technology is good. Heck, I'd say that's an understatement. It's groundbreaking, and we're proud of every person who has contributed to that. Obviously it's hard to tell specifically the basis of your dissatisfaction with management. I can only say that our leaders are working very hard to make sure that their people are able to be both productive and happy. Our culture is something that we're very proud of and we look for leaders who lead from the front. We want people that can role up their sleeves while acting as a mention. We've made it a priority and we will continue to make it a priority from our first line managers all the way up to our Executive Leadership team. Thanks again for taking the time to share your feedback. We're trying to get a little better each day, each week and each month and this helps!

We love to see the dedication you're talking about, but it's important to take time to separate for your own well being and for your family. Thank you for working hard, but please do make work-life balance a priority. If you're struggling at all to find it, you can approach your manager or feel free to talk to HR. We're happy to help you strategize on ways to maintain productivity and your mental health, whether it's scheduling blocks of time to take a walk and make sure you're properly nourished. We hope you enjoyed our virtual company event at the beginning of January, and yes, we'd love to do more events just like that. Hopefully this summer we'll be able to do something in person.
