The NetBrain staff are amazing. There’s no other way to describe it. Through COVID, civil unrest, controversial elections, so on and so forth the NetBrain staff have toughed it out and kept the cogs of the machine turning. Morale has definitely been better, but I’m happy that we’re all still employed and that the company still has a bright future ahead.

Communication from leadership to employees is always important, but with everything going on in the world in 2020, that importance is heightened even more and we realize that. Thank you for recognizing the work that the staff has done. We really are fortunate to have awesome people. Morale is obviously important. We've made it a point to recognize hard work and encourage teams to get together remotely while we can't be together physically, but we understand that we can always try and do a little bit more. If you have specific ideas, please share them! The HR team is always trying to make sure that our people have everything they need. If you have ideas on what we can do to make sure morale is high we're very receptive. Drop anybody in the HR team an email or give a call. This company is just a mess. I lost two years of my sales career here. Basic topics like messaging and possitioning, like indirect go-to-market strategy, like rightfully incentivising the sales force is missing here. This company doesn't know what to do and how to it. If you don't know where you want to go every road is wrong. Poorly structured Commissionplan and heavy favoritism that costed me thousands of Dollar commission. I'm just happy that this nightmare is over and if you are considering joining this company as a sales person, don't do it!

All Of The Federal Team Jumping Ship! Stay Away!

Federal Sales with NetBrain is a disaster. No marketing, Pulled Federal Solutions content from NB website. Little to no install base with Federal Government. Original team are all gone. All quit. Federal Sales Director just quit. CEO's ego out of control. Choosing NetBrain for a career is a BIG mistake! Stay clear!!

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback so that we can continue striving to be better. We have had some turnover on our Federal team, but make no mistake, we've still got a bunch of incredibly talented and hard working sales people that are doing yeoman's work across the Federal Government. Our sales organization has seen some very big changes over the past couple of years. Change can come with challenges, but in a lot of cases (and this one is no different) the changes are necessary in order to grow. We have big goals and a bright future, and we needed to evolve. We're excited about the people who are with us. We committed to not cutting jobs when Covid began and thanks to the hard work of many, especially within the sales org, we've been able to stand by that commitment. Again, we appreciate your feedback. All feedback helps. Nobody is perfect and we want to get a little bit better every quarter, every month, every day. We expect a great 2021 and we're excited about the people who are here for a really fun ride, and that includes the great folks on our Federal Sales team!
