We're proud of the work our people have done across the organization and we're set up great for a bit 2021. It's good to have talented and hard working people, but it's even more important to have happy people. Thanks for your suggestion. We're always trying to strategize about how to keep people engaged and "together" in a year where everybody has to be apart. We've also planned a year-end virtual get-together where leadership will be recognizing and acknowledging the great work of so many of our people this year. I can tell you that we're listening if you have any specific ideas or strategies we can implement to get morale high and keep it high. Thanks for sharing your thoughts! We're happy to hear that you think we're on the right track and we couldn't agree more. Our people are working hard and we're proud to help enterprises all over the globe transform network operations. The problems we're solving have never been more relevant. Yes, there have been some people who've vented some disappointing opinions on here, but in a year like 2020 and in the face of a global pandemic, we understand that people are taking on challenges professionally and personally that they've never had to deal with before. A lot of us aren't really ourselves and sometimes it's easy to let negativity take over when we're faced with a lot of personal challenges and a lack of togetherness with the people that keep us going. We're excited to push forward and grow as a team with some incredible people and a product that we're constantly making better. The future is bright and you're part a big part of the reason for that. Thanks for the kind words. It's important for us to keep our eyes looking forward despite any negativity, but it's also important for us to listen to our people and learn from our past.
