Clarity is important to and we strive to be as open and transparent as possible so that our people always know what is going on. Over the last year/year and a half our People Experience Team has done a lot of work to define career paths and provide clarity on expectations for roles and what growth should look like. You should have access to this path by logging into your Lattice account. You should be able to click on your Career Path and see the expectations of the subsequent roles on your path. We hired a Director of Network Automation Training just weeks after this review was posted. We recognize the importance of a strong training function as our ground-breaking product continues to evolve with the addition of generative AI and other cutting edge technology.
