The sales engineer role is so very important because the product is very technical, so the technical network knowledge is a must-have for the people we bring aboard. We recognize that internal communication is incredibly important to the employee and experience. We try to keep people up to date with quarterly town halls, but department and team leaders should be keeping people informed in between through team meetings and one-on-ones. If you're on a team where that isn't happening, please share that with our People Team Business Partners.
