Pros

NetDocuments has wonderful people, very down to earth overall and a friendly atmosphere. Lots of effort toward making positive changes at the company and in the product.

Cons

The company is in the process of modernizing, which has its pros and cons. Change is always painful. We are still behind in some ways (401K matching is relatively low, benefits are only acceptable), but I have seen overall improvement through the years.
