Pros

Unlimited PTO and flexible hours. Management are concerned about company overall. Great people and perks of food and other things.

Cons

Lack of team time together with COVID. Seem to hire a lot of remote people so it makes it hard to really get to know or work with teammates. Company and finance are a bit overbearing with the budget and don't want to invest or add new people easily. It's a fight to get any kind of funding. It's getting better though.
