Pros

The company really cares for its employees and while other companies in the area have had layoffs due to COVID-19, NetDocuments has done everything they can to prevent that and to keep providing value to customers. The product is a front runner in the industry and provides a ton of value to the customers. Advancement opportunities are there for those who work hard and want it. Snacks in the break room, Flexible PTO, great health insurance, HSA.

Cons

A lot of traffic in the Lehi area around the building, they are not super flexible with work from home policy but they do allow it at times.

Toxic Culture, Looks the other way when criticized.

Pros

There are some great people at ND. Just like at any company. At my time of employment, working from home was often an option that I enjoyed (though I her that's going away). Free lunches on Wednesdays (now gone), Stocked break room (now gone), 100% company paid healthcare premiums (now gone). Visionary CTO that inspires the company and has carried that weight on his shoulders.

Cons

There are some very toxic people in upper management that are condescending and awful to work with. The CEO has no idea how to bring value to employees. He has an open door policy, but doesn't seem to actually care. Lots of micromanagement in various departments (not so much to me, but colleagues). No room for creativity. A perception about lawyers thats completely false. Most of upper management are just faking it till they make it. Events are all about themselves. Everything is run backwards. I'm not saying any of this because I'm bitter. The company was great before Josh and Clearlake. I wouldn't recommend this environment to anyone that I cared about. There are many other companies around the area that have their head on their shoulders. Upper management turned the company culture and values discussion to the employees. Which sends a message that he has no idea what he wants the culture to be.
