Pros

Flex PTO, good team members but even that is changing in engineering

Cons

Unreasonable expectations, tone deaf leadership, egotistical CEO Leadership of engineering has really gone down hill pushing out good leaders who care and replacing with people that create a toxic culture.

Pros

I've been with NetDocuments for a few years, and the company truly excels at supporting employee growth and development, offering strong opportunities for internal promotions as it continues to expand. The culture here is outstanding, with exceptional leadership and guidance from Claudia Reese, our VP of HR.

Cons

NetDocuments is experiencing some growing pains and has an ongoing need for process improvements. It's clear that the company and its leadership are actively working to address these areas to keep pace with the remarkable success NetDocuments is achieving.

Pros

Unlimited PTO, a monthly LSA account for purchasing into your hobbies and they feed you twice a week.

Cons

This is really difficult, right now if you come to NetDocuments or already are here - it depends on who you are and in which org you work. Some organizations are better than others but anything in Engineering, some subsets of finance and anything that touches HR is incredibly toxic. The employees at the bottom are constantly betrayed by the executives at the top. There is no transparency and scopes of any project change constantly. The product is subpar and not easy to learn - so much that employees in the company don't use it unless they have to. There is no where to turn as anyone who was once there to assist has either moved on or been pushed out. It is a fact that the company cares more about a seat being filled than who fills it and that shows by how many requisitions are opened, how little is communicated about what is going on (like the VP Of HR turning in to the Chief People Office under the table) when employee morale is down and turnover is incredibly high. You may have job security (if you don't make the wrong person frustrated), but you are walking into an unstable and unpredictable culture and company.
